The TD Salsa on St. Clair Festival defines Media as journalists, photographers, broadcasters and videographers who are currently working or under contract to print and online newspapers, magazines, broadcast and internet radio stations, broadcast and online television shows.
Please note that media badges will not be issued to photographers who are solely using Smart Phones and Tablets to photograph and videotape at the TD Salsa on St. Clair Festival. To maintain the safety of attendees at the TD Salsa on St. Clair Festival, Media badge holders are not permitted to bring ladders or stand on chairs at the TD Salsa on St. Clair Festival.
All electronic recording or taping of the official events is specifically for the use of Entertainment/ news media only. No selling of images taken at the festival is permitted. No live-streaming and/or Pay-Per-View servicing is permitted. Any documentation of TD Salsa on St. Clair Festival used in any other capacity will be of unlawful use unless agreed to by the Festival Management Committee in advance.
It is the sole responsibility of the accredited Photographers / videographers to get relevant model releases from event participants.
Photographers/Videographers MUST indicate equipment to be used. A Cell phone is NOT considered photography equipment unless cleared with the TD Salsa in Toronto Festival Media Relations
No Drone Cameras are allowed at ANY event.
